East Galiuros Habitat Enhancement Project

The East Galiuros Habitat Enhancement Project will consist of under-story thinning of encroaching junipers and other vegetation to benefit native oak species, including Emory Oak and preferred winter browse species for deer.

Location

This project is located on the east side of the Galiuro Mountains, east of the Galiuro Wilderness and West of the proclaimed Forest Boundary from Saddle Mtn on the south to Paddy's River on the North.
