Construct a communications facility as part of a wireless communication system to serve the Grand Canyon area. Includes: 125 foot tall tower; Prebuilt equipment building; Solar hybrid power system; 100 x 100 ft compound with a 6 ft fence.
Location
The proposed site is located on Skinner Ridge off of FR 343 and FR 343F. Just to the south of the range fence line.
