Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) proposes to construct a 150 ft. x 200 ft. (approx. 0.7 acre) stormwater detention basin onsite, to mitigate and control discharge flows from the ADOT Jacob Lake Maintenance Yard, a 7 acre SUP Permit Site.

The ADOT Jacob Lake Maintenance Yard is leased Forest Service land (approximately 7.01 acres) located within Coconino County Arizona, east of highway US89A near Mile Post 581.
