Mangum Fire Emergency Actions and Rehabilitation Project

Kaibab National Forest Coconino, Arizona North Kaibab Ranger District

This project will remove/mitigate hazard trees along 40 miles of FS Roads and 50 miles of fence-lines, within 3,000 acres of moderate-to-severe burned area of the Mangum Fire.

Location

The project area is located within the NW to north-central part of the NKRD, approximately 23 to 30 miles S/SE of Fredonia (W-SW of the Jacob Lake area, and N-NE of Hwy 89-A) on Forest Service land.
