To issue a temporary permit for borehole drilling and test pit excavations in designated areas within Whiterocks and Uinta Canyons. Project purpose is to extract core samples of geologic material to determine engineering properties of native material
Location
Whiterocks project is located approx. 3.5 miles up the canyon from the Forest Boundary on FR 492. Uinta Canyon project is located approx. 2 miles up the canyon from the Forest Boundary on FR 118.
