Environmental Impact Statement · Flaming Gorge Ranger District · updated 5/2/2025
The original proposed action included a water line across the northern end of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area on USFS-managed lands south of Green River, WY. · Sweetwater, Wyoming

The BLM issued their decision selecting Alternative D on 5/2/2025: https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/2016395/510. Alternative D does not involve any USFS lands so the USFS portion of the project is cancelled.
