Lowline Trailhead Parking Area

We are proposing to seasonally open an administrative use road and construct a trailhead. The purpose of the project is to offer safer parking for recreationists off of Highway 191.

Location

Access to the proposed parking area is an existing administrative road to the Cedar Springs Sewer Lagoon. This area is in the southeast portion of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area.
