Uinta Canyon and Lower Stillwater Pond Restoration

The purpose of this project is to restore water control structures, improve fish habitat, and improve access opportunities at two fishponds in Uinta Canyon and several fishponds in the Lower Stillwater area of Rock Creek Canyon.

Location

Uinta Canyon near southern Forest boundary along FSR 118 and at Smokey Springs near the Uinta Canyon Trailhead. Rock Creek Canyon near the southern Forest Boundary at Lower Stillwater Ponds.
