Ashley National Forest Duchesne, Utah Duchesne Ranger District

Wildlife habitat improvement project targeting the removal of encroaching confifers (pinyon, juniper, and Douglas fir), located on the South Unit of the Ashley National Forest. Treatment would be done through mechanical means using chainsaws.

Location

The project is located on the west side of the South Unit of the Duchesne/Roosevelt Ranger District of the Ashley National Forest, approximately 20 miles southwest of Duchesne Utah.
