Rerouting and reconstructing a motorized section of the Highline Trail between Highway 191 and East Park Reservoir. The project purpose is to improve the visitor experience and minimize impacts such as erosion to the resources of the area.
Location
The project is located along Highway 191, north of Vernal, Utah at the trailhead and ends at the intersection of North East Park Forest Road 212.
