This project removes encroaching Douglas fir in 2400 acres of sagebrush steppe to enhance and restore habitat for Greater Sage-Grouse, pygmy rabbits, and sagebrush songbirds of conservation concern.

This project is located in Medicine Lodge Basin of the Dubois District of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest in Clark County, Idaho.
