Caribou-Targhee National Forest Bonneville, Idaho Palisades Ranger District

The Palisades Ranger District proposes to use a combination of mechanical fuel removal techniques and prescribed fire to reduce hazardous fuels on approximately 2,416 acres of National Forest System Lands.

Location

The project area is located north and east of the Palisades Reservoir south of Irwin, Idaho and includes Big Elk Creek, Booth Canyon, Dry Canyon, Blowout Canyon, Jack Branch Canyon, and Indian Creek.
