Lower Wells Canyon Road Realignment Project

Caribou-Targhee National Forest Caribou, Idaho Montpelier Ranger District

Realign 1.8 miles of the Lower Wells Canyon Road from Wells Canyon Creek drainage bottom onto the south facing slope to correct the continuous water resource impacts, provide the public with a safe travel route and reduce road maintenance costs.

Location

The project is in SE Idaho in Caribou County. It is located 20 miles southwest of Afton, Wyoming in the Crow Creek drainage.
