This project would authorize the footprint expansion of two Fall River substations, Last Chance and Pine Haven, to allow necessary equipment upgrades.
Location
Last Chance Substation is located east of Highway 20 and accessed by BPA access road 631A. Pine Haven is located west of Highway 47 and is accessed by REA Powerline access road 590.
