Enhance the reliability of an existing fiber optic line under a special use permit to South Central Utah Telephone Association, Inc. by amending the permit to allow them to relocate and maintain the fiber optic line outside of Red Canyon Wash.
Location
Along Hwy 12 through Red Canyon about 12 miles southwest of Panguitch, UT, beginning near the Red Canyon Visitors Center, proceeding ~ 3.6 miles up Red Canyon to east of FS121.
