Kane County, Utah submitted an application for Townsite Act conveyance, dated June 2, 2015 for approximately 69 acres. The main purpose is to acquire and expand the existing Forest Service sewer lagoons for the Kane County Water Conservancy District.

Location

The general location is approximately one mile east of Duck Creek Village on the north side of Hwy 14 and the east side of Forest Highway 50.
