South Central Communications is proposing to construct, operate and maintain a telecommunications system north of Boulder on Hwy 12. Project components include placement of fiber and installation of access vaults, needed for improved services.
Location
The project is located in rights-of-way administered by the National Forest Service, UDOT and private property, from the town of Boulder to the Boulder King Ranch Estates turnoff.
