The purpose of this project is 1.reissue a previously authorized special use permit for a spring development with a new term to a new owner; and 2.reissue a previously authorized special use permit for a fiber optic line right of way to a new owner.

Pace to Benson-Approximately .29 acres south of SH 56 and west of Cedar City, UT. FTV to Level 3-Generally running parallel to the Kern River Pipeline NE of Enterprise, UT.
