Construct a 3.2 mile, four strand barbed wire fence that would restrict livestock movement between pastures, thereby maintaining more desirable and even livestock utilization rates. This will improve forage production for big-game wildlife.

East of the Johns Valley road, North of South Creek and running roughly parallel to Forest Service road 133.
