The proposed project would improve forest health and resiliency across 2,937 acres by removing mistetoe infected, as well as insect infested, trees and thinning overstocked stands using sanitation harvest, commercial thinning, and prescribed fire.

Location

The Cooper Knoll and Haycock Peak area in Garfield County, Utah. Approximately, 0.4 miles east of Panguitch Lake.
