The Fillmore Ranger District has received an application for a Special Use Permit from Millard County for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a debris basin on National Forest System lands in Dry Creek for the purpose of flood control.

Location

Mouth of Dry Creek near Oak City Utah. Debris Basin will be constructed below Forest Road 416 due east of the forest gate.
