Create a public OHV route that provides OHV access to area destinations by connecting existing system and non-system trails or roads where public or administrative use exists. Designate FR 100 and FR 089 to open to all off-highway vehicles.
Location
Forest Road (FR)105 west of Elsinore to FR 969 in Clear Creek Canyon until it meets the boundary near Fremont Indian State Park. Chalk Creek Canyon Road (FR 100) and Oak Creek Road (FR 089).
