Fishlake National Forest Sevier, Utah Fremont River Ranger District

Fishlake National Forest is proposing to do an intermediate harvest of dead Engelmann spruce (ES) in addition to timber stand improvement and planting of ES after harvest. This will provide wood fiber while maintaining or improving stand conditions.

Location

The project area is in Sevier County at elevations between 10,400-10,600 feet on Boobe Hole Mountain.
