Fishlake and Dixie National Forests propose granting a special use permit to South Central Communications (SCC) for the construction and operation a fiber optic line which would run from Boulder to Torrey to increase telecommunications services.
Location
The fiber optic line will run from the intersection of 4690 N. and Highway 12 in Boulder and proceed north along Highway 12 to the junction of Highway 24 in Torrey in the existing road right-of-way.
