Circleville and Torrey Culinary Water Supply Improvements

Circleville and Torrey Towns need to improve their culinary water supply for their residents. Cottonwood Springs will be redeveloped and a waterline replaced for Circleville. Torrey will install a new water tank and waterline.

Location

Project location is northwest of Circleville along Cottonwood Creek and northwest of Torrey in the Sand Creek and Sulphur Basin areas.
