Harmon Wildland Urban interface Fuels Reduction project

Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Elko, Nevada Ruby Mountains Ranger District

Proposal is to hand cut all phase I Pinyon and Juniper in the treatment area in order to reduce fire risk and reduce invasion into sage brush habitat. Small patches of phase II located within the treatment unit would also be treated.
