Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest White Pine, Nevada Ely Ranger District

This project will involve the use of crews with chainsaws to cut and leave Phase I and II (Less than 100 years old) pinyon-Juniper trees to restore sagebrush and mountain brush communities.

Location

The project is located on the northern portions of the White Pine Range, approximately 30 miles west of Ely, Nevada
