West Carson Habitat Restoration Project

This proposed action consists of two main activities: Aspen stand restoration, and habitat improvement activities for TES species. Aspen stand restoration would consist of reducing conifer encroachment to increasing aspen regeneration and diversity.

Location

The West Carson Watershed Habitat Restoration Project is located within Alpine County, approximately 3 miles west of Markleeville, California on Highway 88.
