Arch Coal through subsidiaries Ark Land Co and Canyon Fuel Co applied for a federal coal lease modification to the Winter Quarters Federal Coal Lease UTU-67939 through the BLM to add 770 acres of federal coal reserves.
Location
The lease modification area is located approximately 28 miles northwest of Price, UT on the Ferron-Price RD, adjacent and north of the existing leases and current permitted area for Skyline Mine.
