The proposal is to prescribe burn under management conditions to reduce the continuous heavy ground and ladder fuels and reduce the overstory density in the upper reaches of Trapper Creek and the head of the Yankee Fork of the Salmon River.

Location

Sixteen miles west of Challis Idaho in the Yankee Fork of the Salmon River and Trapper Creek in the FCRONRW.
