Pahsimeroi Allotment Spring Rehabilitation

Salmon-Challis National Forest Custer, Idaho Challis-Yankee Fork Ranger District

Fencing five wetland springs to improve the conditions at the locations. One site will have stock ponds breached and water piped off site. All fences will be placed outside of the wetland community type to minimize impacts to the soft soils.

Location

The project occurs on the east side of the Lost River range, roughly 42 miles Southeast of Challis, Idaho. The location of the springs is T11N, R23E, Sections 17, 20, 28, and 29.
