Construct a 1.25-mile pipeline on the Boone Creek Allotment consisting of a spring development (headbox) and approximately 1.25 miles of polyethylene pipe conveying water to five water troughs.

North of the East Fork of the Big Lost River/ Copper Basin Road (1.4 miles). Between Castle Creek and Butcher Creek near Dry Canyon. 17 miles west of the City of Mackay, Idaho
