Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Cache; Rich, Utah Logan Ranger District

Proposal includes a combination of commercial timber harvesting, pre-commercial thinning, and prescribed fire to treat approx. 13,263 acres. Access to the project area would involve use of temporary and existing roads.

Location

Approx. 45 miles east of Logan. The 24,031 acre analysis area includes a combination of National Forest System, Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, and private lands.
