Red Pine Lake Trail Reroute

Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Salt Lake, Utah Salt Lake Ranger District

Proposal to realign the trail to meet the ten percent grade that travels cross-slope. Project will improve drainage and to keep tread at the desired 2-3 foot width. Proposed structure improvements near the Maybird Junction to keep people on trail.

Location

South side of Little Cottonwood Canyon, accessed from the White Pine Trailhead.
