Construction a new 0.15 mile trail to link the upper and lower sections of the Pipeline Trail to address safety concerns at the Elbow Fork Trailhead.
Location
The proposed Pipeline Trail connection is accessed via Mill Creek Canyon Road at the Elbow Fork TH. Connection would be between the terminus of the Pipeline Trail and the Upper Pipeline Trail.
