LA County proposes to expand the relief drain which carries debris from Mullally Canyon to Pickens Canyon. An existing headwall and inlet will be removed and rebuilt, and approximately 15' of trench will be placed wtihin an existing gravel road.
Location
Mullally Debris Basin lies 2miles from Foothill Blvd in LaCanada, at the end of Manistee Drive off Ocean View Boulevard.
