North Sierra Peak Fuel Break

Cleveland National Forest Orange; Riverside, California Trabuco Ranger District

The Trabuco Ranger District intends to extend the North Main Divide fuel break to include the North Sierra Peak area. This would increase the defensible landscape and firefighter access. Work would include vegetation removal and prescribed burning.

Location

The project will occur on Federal land South of Highway 91 in the North Sierra Peak area. The project is planned to treat a total of approximately 307 acres.
