Great Basin Air Pollution Control District proposes to install three cameras to locate and monitor fugitive dust sources in the Owens Valley. The cameras would be operated for ten or more years, year round.
Location
One camera will be located at each site: Laws (4143826, 384315), Santa Rita (4090406, 398984), and Sage (4009337, 406512).
