This is a fuels reduction project in the Mammoth Lakes Basin. The goal of treatments will be to create defensible space around private and Forest Service developments to facilitate fire suppression activities and reduce potential wildfire severity.

1/4 mile Southwest of Mammoth Lakes, CA in the Lakes Basin, adjacent to Lake Mary, George, Mamie, and Twin Lakes, 4 Miles West of Highway 395.
