This project is designed to serve as a pilot project for meadow restoration. The project will reinitiate cultural stewardship practices to restore the meadow ecosystem. The project will reduce hazardous fuel loadings and restore native vegetation.

Meeks Meadow is located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, West of Meeks Bay.
