Amend the existing easement to authorize a second 500kV transmission line on approx. 2 miles of Forest, as part of 41.6-mile Devers-Valley No. 2 transmission line between Edison's Devers and Valley substations.
Location
The proposed transmission line is adjacent to the existing Devers-Valley 500 kV transmission line and within the existing Devers-Valley Right-of-Way.
