Reissue permit for 30 years for 52' (fifty-two feet) of pipeline (0.001 acres) for transporting permittees' ground water across USFS from private land to private land. Plastic tubing is attached in the summer then removed in winter.

Pinewood Community near Black Mt. and Fuller Mill Ck. Pipe crosses extreme south east corner of USFS Section 14 as it transports water from private land in Section 13 to private land in Section 23.
