Sequoia National Forest Kern, California Kern River Ranger District

A 30-year term special use permit, to install an underground water transmission line along-side and underneath the existing Old State Road. The trench will be approximately 900 feet long, 24 inches wide, and 42 inches deep.

Location

The route for the water transmission line begins at the Sequoia National Forest boundary northwest from Highway 155 and Old State Road, and ends at the Forest boundary and Old State Road.
