This project would decrease stand densities, reduce the risk of severe wildfire, and diversify the composition and structural complexity of pine plantations and natural pine-dominated, black oak-conifer woodland, and mixed conifer stands.
Location
The project is approximately 23 miles east-northeast of McCloud, CA, east of Bear Mountain, and south of Hambone Butte.
