The project would implement a strategy for ecological restoration that emphasizes the ecological role of fire, changing climate conditions, sensitive wildlife habitat and the importance of forest structure heterogeneity and hydrologic function.

Location

The project is within the Willow Creek watershed and is located east of the town of North Fork, California and is adjacent to the community of Cascadel Woods.
