Telephone system will consist of a fenced communications site including a pre-fab building, monopole, and solar panel system; 7,827 feet of buried fiber optic cable.

Originally part of project #35163. Ponderosa subscribers will benefit from DSL and high speed internet with the installation of this cabinet to support existing buried fiber optic and copper telephone service cables.

To authorize The Ponderosa Telephone Co. to allow Sierra Telephone Company Inc. to install approximately 6,086 feet of new fiber optic cable into an existing Ponderosa conduit and a new in-ground pull box over the conduit.
