This project reduces hazard trees along the Granite Creek units analyzed in the Sierra Scenic Byway EA to address health and safety of the public, employees and firefighters as well as reducing fuel loading along entry and exit routes.

a subsection of the popular and highly traveled Sierra Scenic Byway including the spur roads to nearby recreation facilities and trailheads.
