Thin, prune, burn, masticate on 138 ac. to to reduce fuel loading near private land. Stand of a dense lodgepole pine with beetle kill throughout. Purpose to prevent further beetle outbreaks, provide better defensible space adjacent to private.

Location

Truckee Ranger District of the Tahoe National Forest along East Alder Creek Road.
