Mechanical and hand treatment w/ 12 inch dbh limit on approx. 467 ac. in WUI and follow-up prescribed burns for timber stand improvement to reduce fire hazard, increase fire suppression effectiveness, and improve stand vigor and structure.

Location

Along and mostly west of CA SR-89, north of CA SR 49, and east of the Forest Road 52. Lies between the communities of Sattley and Calpine, entirely within the Sattley-Calpine WUI.
