Town of Truckee manages Legacy Trail within its jurisdiction and is proposing trail extension to join Phase 3B in east to Mousehole Project in northwest. 1100 feet of trail, river bridge, part of paved parking area proposed for USFS land under SUP.

Location

Between Truckee Regional Park (at the intersection of Brockway Road and Palisades Drive) and SR 89 South, in the town of Truckee and portions of eastern Placer County.
